Foods intended to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for sportsmen. BCAArbs - basic nutrient for use after training - an optimal combination of carbohydrates with prolonged absorption periods and 5 g of BCAA amino acids. A selected composition of carbohydrates facilitates a rapid release of glucose into the blood and complements the energy loss during intense physical exertion. Additionally, the BCAA amino acids contained in the product constitute approximately 35% of essential amino acids necessary to build muscle protein, and nearly 50% of amino acids that must be supplied with food.
WAY OF USE: Dissolve by shaking 40 g (1,5 measure) of the product in a drinking bottle with 250 ml of water. On training days: one portion of 40 g about 30 min. before training and 40 g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 40 g about 30 min. before the meal. Package contains a measuring scoop.
