Duration of orders implementation

• Eachproductis marked withthe approximate dateof delivery, which is counted fromthe time oforder confirmation. If the orderconsists of severalproducts, the deadline is counted from the longest delivery date of a product.

• Delivery time is counted only with working days. For example, ifon Mondaywewill receive anorderthat has three days of implementation, then the goods will be sendno later thanThursday.Ifthe sameorderwould be placedon Wednesday, the latest date forshipmentwould be onnext Monday. In this example,we assumed that there were no holidays during the week.

• For productslabeled "For special orders", the term of deliveryis only to orientate. Afterreceiving your orderwe confirmthe availabilityof the products with our suppliers, and the correctdate of dispatchwill be implemented inthestatus of the order. Order statuscan be checkedon the tab MyAccount.

• Shipments are carried out by Courier company PostNL. Delivery time depends onthe carrier, the type of shipment andthe address of destination for PostNL it is usually 1-2 working days.

• Date of receiving the package = dispatch date + delivery time.

• Incase of bank transfer, the time of receiving the goodsincreasesby the time oftransfer
