Consumption of creatine contributes to the increase of physical capacity during short, repetitive high-intensity exercises (from a dosage of 3 g per day).
Creatine is the most effective – alongside arginine – anabolic agent on the market. This fact has been confirmed by both numerous scientific studies and years of use in sport. However, full utilisation of creatine as a supplement stimulating the growth of strength and mass is limited by lactamation where the majority of ingested creatine is converted into inactive creatinine.
