The product delivers creatine monohydrate, a molecule that can be found in the human body by nature. In muscle tissues creatine is bound with phosphate to phospho-creatine. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine).
Recommended use: take 3 capsules a day during training on competition days or at the same time during non-training days. Drinking with large amount of water. An increase of weight may happen.
