SO GOOD! PROTEIN® PANCAKES are protein pancakes made of oatmeal, oat flour, cottage cheese, whey protein and egg protein as well as other natural nutrients like freeze-dried fruit.
Oat flakes are very nutritious and healthy. They contain high quality carbohydrates, plant protein, unsaturated fats and vitamins B1, B6 and E, zinc, iron and calcium. In comparison to other grain, oat flakes contain most insoluble fiber that lower “bad” cholesterol LDL level and cleans blood vessels. oat grain contains approximately 30% of fiber.
