Megabol Biosterol is a supplement with a high content of steroid saponins, designed to support the diet of athletes. The selection of compounds, including spirostan derivatives, is aimed at increasing testosterone production and stimulating mental activity, enabling the execution of exhaustive training plans.

Saponins are plant-derived compounds composed of two parts: aglycone – sapogenins (sapogenol) and glycone – saccharide. Saponins alter the structure of cell membranes, making them more permeable to organic compounds including consumed proteins. Saponins have the ability to bind to cholesterol, forming relatively stable pharmacologically active compounds.

Steroid saponins are derivatives of spirostan or furostan. They are formed on the sterane system with a side cyclic arrangement. The side arrangement consists of a 5-membered and a 6-membered ring. Both rings are connected by a spiro C-22 carbon. Steroid saponins, derivatives of furostan, do not have a closed F ring but rather an aliphatic chain.

Recommended intake:

On Training Days: 1 capsule once daily with a meal.

On Non-Training Days: 1 capsule once daily with a meal.
