Wheat starch 300 mg

Directions for use:

As a nutritional supplement for adults, it is recommended to take one capsule daily.

In case of intense workouts, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules daily, taking 1 capsule 30-60 minutes before training, 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 capsule at night before going to bed.

Exceeding these doses does not cause side effects, however it is not necessary as no further benefits would be obtained by increasing the dose.

Attention:

Dibencozide – coenzyme B12 is a photosensitive form so when exposed to light it decomposes.

To avoid such a reaction, light-resistant colored capsules are used.
